  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Domestic orders)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Domestic orders)
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country (typically 7-21 business days)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors such as location, weather, or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for most products

  • We ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.

8. Address Changes

Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that shipping times may be longer for P.O. Box addresses.
  • We also ship to APO/FPO addresses for military personnel.
